Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra (YTSK) is an authorized ticket booking scheme of Indian Railways through which private agents are permitted to provide railway ticket reservation facilities to passengers. The scheme was introduced by Indian Railways with the objective of extending ticket booking services to areas where railway reservation counters are limited or passengers face difficulty in accessing reservation facilities.
Under the YTSK scheme, authorized licensees provide booking of reserved railway tickets, cancellation, printing of journey details, passenger guidance, and assistance in train-related inquiries. YTSK centres play a vital role in serving passengers living in rural, semi-urban, remote and under-served areas where access to railway reservation facilities is limited.
YTSK centres operate under the rules, terms and conditions prescribed by Indian Railways and are issued licenses for a fixed period. The centres work as an important link between Indian Railways and the common public by helping lakhs of passengers in obtaining railway tickets in an easy, transparent and timely manner.
Today, thousands of YTSK centres are functioning across India and are contributing significantly in improving railway reservation accessibility, especially for senior citizens, women, students, labourers, villagers and passengers residing far from railway stations.
The YTSK Association is a representative body formed to protect, support and promote the interests of all YTSK licensees across India. The Association works continuously to ensure that the voices, concerns and legitimate demands of YTSK operators are heard before Indian Railways and other concerned authorities.

यदि किसी YTSK (यात्री टिकट सुविधा केंद्र) काउंटर पर आपके साथ किसी भी प्रकार की ठगी, धोखाधड़ी, दुर्व्यवहार, निर्धारित राशि से अधिक भुगतान की मांग, अवैध सेवा शुल्क, अथवा किसी अन्य प्रकार की अनियमितता हुई है, तो आप अपनी शिकायत यहाँ दर्ज करा सकते हैं।
YTSK एसोसिएशन आपकी शिकायत प्राप्त होने के पश्चात उसका गंभीरता से परीक्षण एवं जांच करेगी। यदि शिकायत प्रथम दृष्टया सही पाई जाती है, तो संबंधित YTSK संचालक/काउंटर के विरुद्ध आवश्यक एवं कठोर कार्यवाही की संस्तुति करते हुए संबंधित रेलवे विभाग एवं अधिकारियों को सूचित किया जाएगा। साथ ही, आपको उचित न्याय एवं सहायता दिलाने हेतु एसोसिएशन हर संभव सहयोग प्रदान करेगी।
भारत के किसी भी YTSK संचालक अथवा काउंटर के विरुद्ध आप यहाँ शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं, यदि—
आपकी शिकायत एवं पहचान को यथासंभव गोपनीय रखा जाएगा। कृपया केवल सत्य एवं प्रमाणित शिकायत ही दर्ज करें, ताकि उचित कार्यवाही की जा सके।
Dear Passengers, Greetings.
If you have faced any kind of cheating, fraud, misconduct, demand for payment higher than the prescribed fare, illegal service charges, or any other irregularity at any YTSK (Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra) counter, you may register your complaint here.
After receiving your complaint, the YTSK Association will examine and investigate the matter seriously. If the complaint is found to be genuine at first instance, the Association will recommend necessary and strict action against the concerned YTSK operator/counter and inform the concerned Railway Department and officials accordingly. The Association will also extend every possible support to help you obtain justice.
You may file a complaint here against any YTSK operator or counter anywhere in India if:

एसोसिएशन द्वारा इस पोर्टल की स्थापना का मुख्य उद्देश्य सभी सदस्यों का विकास, संगठन में एकता एवं अखंडता बनाए रखना, परस्पर सहयोग की भावना को प्रोत्साहित करना तथा भाईचारे को सुदृढ़ करना है। यह पोर्टल YTSK काउंटर संचालन से संबंधित सभी प्रकार की समस्याओं, कठिनाइयों, तकनीकी जानकारी, किसी रेलवे अधिकारी अथवा RPF द्वारा की जा रही प्रताड़ना, अथवा किसी सदस्य के साथ घटित घटना की जानकारी, सहायता एवं समाधान हेतु बनाया गया है।
एसोसिएशन सदैव अपने सदस्यों के हित, उनके अधिकारों तथा उनके उत्थान के लिए प्रतिबद्ध रही है। तथापि, एसोसिएशन YTSK नियमों के किसी भी प्रकार के उल्लंघन, यात्रियों अथवा रेलवे अधिकारियों के साथ दुर्व्यवहार, तत्काल अथवा थोक टिकटों की अवैध बिक्री एवं कालाबाज़ारी, यात्रियों से अवैध वसूली अथवा किसी भी अन्य अवैध गतिविधि में किसी प्रकार की सहायता करने के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी।
यदि किसी सदस्य के साथ अन्याय, अत्याचार, पक्षपातपूर्ण व्यवहार अथवा उत्पीड़न किया जाता है, तो एसोसिएशन सदैव उसके साथ खड़ी रहेगी तथा आवश्यक सहयोग प्रदान करेगी। किसी भी कानूनी प्रक्रिया अथवा परेशानी की स्थिति में, एसोसिएशन अपने अधिवक्ता के माध्यम से आवश्यक कानूनी सहायता उपलब्ध कराने का प्रयास करेगी।

The primary purpose of establishing this portal by the Association is to promote the growth of all members, strengthen unity and integrity within the organization, encourage mutual support, and maintain a spirit of brotherhood. This portal has been created to assist members with all matters related to the operation of YTSK counters, including operational issues, technical problems, harassment by Railway officials or RPF personnel, incidents involving members, and to provide guidance, support, and solutions.
The Association has always remained committed to the welfare, rights, and upliftment of its members. However, the Association shall not be responsible for providing support in any matter involving violation of YTSK rules, misconduct with passengers or Railway officials, illegal sale or black marketing of Tatkal or bulk tickets, unauthorized collection of money from passengers, or any other unlawful activity.
If any member is subjected to injustice, harassment, discrimination, or undue pressure, the Association shall always stand with the member and provide all possible support. In case of any legal matter or difficulty, the Association will make every effort to arrange legal assistance through its advocate.
